To add some finishing touches to some of my
Water Baskets I have been gilding on the glass with transfer leaf to give a silvery effect. I have one blue
Water Basket in the kiln at university which will have finished firing by Monday and am hoping for no disasters so I can include this one in the exhibition too!
- The Gilding Kit - gold size, transfer leaf and a brush!
Monday will be taken up with painting plinths at the church and probably dashing around madly making final preparations ready for our Private View on Tuesday evening and our Exhibition Day on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
